Burien Business Owners Can’t Do Anything About New Homeless Encampment

Another disastrous drug encampment is growing in Burien. Locals call this the “Hiline or Starbucks Camp.” More than 15 people are now living on an easement behind both businesses on SW 148th St. Two minors recently rescued from Dow Constantine’s encampment also spent time here.
