Monday afternoon, We Heart Seattle (@weheartseattle) volunteers found skeletal remains in the NW Queen Anne Green belt. Seattle PD (@SeattlePD) responded to the scene. At this point, it’s unclear if the skeleton belonged to a man or woman. But it’s likely a homeless person. Why are volunteers making these types of discoveries? Where are the city and county outreach workers? There must be more accountability.
❤️🩹💔: Our crew @weheartseattle found another dead body today in the NW Queen Anne Green belt that borders Dexter. The body was decomposed down to bones. We must enforce illegal camping to save lives. Where is the outreach? We need more boots on the ground. @SeattleCouncilpic.twitter.com/Ez9iS5bj67
