Visible Human Suffering on the Streets of Downtown Seattle

The human suffering remains visible in downtown Seattle. But this has nothing to do with the lack of affordable housing. Most of the people out here are hooked on fentanyl and are rejecting help being offered. Under the “housing first” model, they simply move their problems indoors with zero requirements for detox or mental health treatment.
