Who’s Winning the Graffiti Wars? Graffiti vandals have started to trash Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell’s “One Seattle” mural that is near Sturgus Park and Jose Rizal Bridge. This was part of the city’s $1.3 million anti-graffiti initiative. Guess who’s winning this battle?
