Dog Beaten in Homeless Housing Complex Rescued

Update Monday morning, Councilmember Joy Hollingsworth and Seattle cops took swift action and rescued this beautiful dog from an abusive situation inside a Capitol Hill apartment complex for homeless drug addicts.
