This flows into some of the most important waterways in the city. The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office is once again tasked with enforcing this disaster. Taxpayer resources are being wasted again. Where are all the environmentalists in CA? Why isn’t Governor Gavin Newsom moving on this right now?
