Seattle City Council Passes New Ordinances Combatting Prostitution and Open-Air Drug Use

Lining Up One of the longest lines I have ever seen to enter Seattle Council Chambers. Neighbors and biz owners who support the SODA/SOAP bills are here to support laws that could help curb open air drug use and prostitution by creating “no-go zones.” But most of the people here are the usual far-left activists opposed to the legislation. Ground Rules Seattle Council President Sara Nelson just laid down expectations after far-left activists disrupted last week’s Public Safety Committee meeting. Some idiots also chanted “Cathy Moore is a wh*re,” totally disrespecting the lead councilmember behind the SOAP bill. Bingo is Back! Bingo the “disabled survival sex worker” is back and is still opposed to the SODA/SOAP bills. Now What? With Read More ›

Drug Addiction Overtakes Street Corners in Seattle’s Chinatown

New Parts of downtown Seattle and Chinatown-ID are on life support. Drug addicts and criminals have taken over entire street corners. Look at the situation on the ground right now in Little Saigon. It’s devastating this Asian American community. That’s why today, the Stay Out of Drug Areas (SODA) and Stay Out of Areas of Prostitution (SOAP) ordinances will be in front of the full Council for a final vote. If enforced properly, these could be game changers. Neighbors and business owners hope common sense prevails. And just to be clear, what you are seeing on the streets is NOT an affordable housing issue. This is ALL being fueled by hard-core drug addiction. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying. Man Plows Car into Burien Homeless Encampment

Breaking Authorities say a man plowed his car into Dow Constantine’s drug encampment in Burien Saturday morning because he was unhappy it was still up. Campers apparently bear maced the driver and cops came by and arrested him at the scene. This is just the latest problematic incident associated with this camp. Pictures Photos now coming in from eye witnesses who saw the massive police response to Dow Constantine’s drug encampment in Burien Saturday morning after a driver plowed through the fenced off area.

King County Unanimously Votes to Keep Juvenile Detention Center Open

Unanimous Decision King County Council voted 8-0 to keep the youth jail open, defying Dow Constantine and crippling an agenda pushed by BLM and other far-left activists. Some questionable non-profits also would have profited financially by offering alternatives to prison. Statement from Councilmember Dunn “In addition to keeping the jail open now, we’re also going to try and focus on alternatives to incarceration for our lower-level offenders, those that didn’t commit murder or rape but are a little bit down the spectrum that could benefit from drug and alcohol counseling, for example, mental health treatment,” Councilmember Dunn said. Tuesday’s Hearing Some of the heated testimony on Tuesday.

King County to Vote on Closure of Juvenile Detention Center

Happening Now King County Council expected to vote today on future of youth jail, home to violent juvenile felons responsible for murders, rapes and other sexual assaults. There are more than 100 people signed up to testify so it could be awhile. But the angle I’m following right now is the number of non-profits that could benefit financially from a jail closure. Many of the representatives are here testifying. Always follow the money trail. County Executive Plans to Eventually Close Jail Dow Constantine originally proposed to shut down the juvenile jail by 2025 and shift responsibilities to private organizations. But due to a recent string of insane crimes by juveniles, he later pushed back the proposed closure date to 2028. King Read More ›

King County Executive Continues to Spin Story about Burien Encampment

County Allowed Campers Remarkable spin coming from King County Executive Dow Constantine. He continues to say the county “did not establish” the drug encampment near the Burien courthouse. But now admits the county allowed campers to stay instead of enforcing the city’s camping ban. County Blocks City from Enforcing Law King County Sheriff’s Deputies are contracted to enforce the law in Burien. But for months now, Dow along with Sheriff Patti-Cole Tindall have prevented deputies from enforcing this camping ordinance. Both sides are now in litigation with the city over this matter. Countdown to October So the countdown is on. Constantine’s Burien drug encampment should be gone by the beginning of October. Btw, look at some of the maniacs I Read More ›

King County Councilmember Says Help is on the Way for Burien Homeless Encampment

What Took So Long? After months of fights, thefts, drug dealing, overdoses, sex-trafficking, and kids found living in Dow Constantine’s Burien crime encampment, King County Councilmember Teresa Mosqueda now says help is on the way for her district. What took so long? Confrontation with King County Executive I recently confronted King County Executive Dow Constantine about the drug encampment he set up in Burien that’s now a revolving door for criminals. But Dow is denying he’s responsible for creating this blight on the city. Do you believe him? Two Kids Rescued In August, two kids were rescued from this dangerous encampment. But Dow claims he had no idea this incident happened and also says he was unaware of all the Read More ›

“I’m Not Aware of That,” Says Constantine on Crime in Burien Homeless Encampment

Dow Constantine Responds I confronted King County Executive Dow Constantine about the drug encampment he set up in Burien that’s now a revolving door for criminals. But Dow is denying he’s responsible for creating this blight on the city. Do you believe him? Burien No Longer Works with REACH Dow also made some erroneous statements. He thinks REACH is still the homeless outreach provider for Burien. I broke the story last March after the city announced its intent to cut ties. Dow didn’t know about this massive development? Rescued Last week, two kids were rescued from this dangerous encampment. But Dow claims he had no idea this incident happened and also says he was unaware of all the crime coming Read More ›

Robbery Reported Near Dow Constantine’s Burien Homeless Camp

New Another troubling incident near Dow Constantine’s drug camp in Burien. Sunday evening, deputies responded to a robbery call at a gas station. A K9 led deputies up to the camp near SW 149th St & 6th Ave SW but could not find the suspect. Criminals now know where to hide. Rescued Last week, two kids were just rescued from Dow Constantine’s drug den near the courthouse. Even though he literally created this problem, the King County Executive is ignoring pleas from city leaders and neighbors to shut it down. King County Lets Treatment Beds Sit Empty Burien Councilmember Linda Akey says there are detox and treatment beds open right now in the area for the people staying in Dow Read More ›

King County Lets Treatment Beds Sit Empty Burien Councilmember Linda Akey says there are detox and treatment beds open right now in the area for the people staying in Dow Constantine’s drug camp. But Akey says King County is refusing to move them and won’t tell her why.
