3rd Ave & Pike St Thursday morning, City Attorney Ann Davison unveiled legislation to address the drug madness on some of Seattle’s most notorious streets. This is what 3rd Ave & Pike St looked like around 2 am. It’s really do-or-die time for this city.

Seattle Considers New Legislation to Curb Open-Air Drug Dens

NEW Seattle City Attorney Ann Davison just introduced aggressive public safety legislation to address the open-air drug dens in parts of downtown. The zones would be called a “Stay Out of Drug Area (SODA)” which includes the notorious 3rd Ave & Pike St. If anyone commits a drug related offense in that area, they won’t be able to come back. Meanwhile, the Downtown Seattle Association installed fencing to prevent drug addicts from using the alleyways.
