Open-Air Drug Dens Thrive Underneath Seattle Christmas Lights

Politicians Look the Other Way Don’t let all the pretty Christmas lights fool you. The drug dens in downtown Seattle are roaring out of control. Look at this one in front of the Olympic Tower Apartments at the corner of 3rd Ave and Pine St. Everyone is doing fentanyl. I bumped into this young Korean American woman who’s been a regular out here for years. She’s probably in her early 30’s but now looks like she’s in her 50’s from all the drug use. This human catastrophe continues unchecked in this city and the politicians are all looking the other way. King County Public Health is also MIA. Anyone ever see Councilmember Bob Kettle walk this nightmare stretch in his Read More ›

Government Hands Out Free Phones Outside Black Market of Stolen Goods in Seattle’s Chinatown

Enabling Addiction While Seattle cops search for the hookah lounge murder suspect in Chinatown-ID, look what’s happening just a couple blocks away from the crime scene. Another 12th Ave & Jackson St. horror show. Aside from the open-air drug use and black market of stolen goods thriving next to a charter school, there’s a lady driving around giving away free government phones. In other words, the homeless industrial complex, harm reduction lobby, and other NGO’s provide all the crap you need to remain trapped in this cycle on the streets. The CID is truly the city’s human dumping ground. Join Us As you prepare for end of the year gifts, please consider joining our team and helping us expand our Read More ›

Seattle Government Ignores Suffering of Chinatown

Chinatown-ID Residents Skeptical Wednesday morning, Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell will announce new investments and partnerships with The Asian American Foundation and Amazon to help improve public safety and help revitalize business in Chinatown-ID. But a community coalition led by Tanya Woo is only cautiously optimistic since this community has become the city’s human dumping ground and remains ravaged by crime, chaos, and death. Each day, Asian American grandmas have to walk through this gauntlet of drug addicts and maneuver around the black market of stolen goods on King Street. “The police here just kind of chase them away, and like, two hours later, they come back,” says one resident. Right across the street is Ho Mai Park. Instead of laughter Read More ›

Downtown Seattle Becomes a Massive Open-Air Drug Den by Night

New As Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell wraps up his latest State of the City address, the drug crisis downtown remains a massive black eye with no end in sight. Want proof? Early Tuesday morning, I walked the area around 3rd Ave & Pike St. and it was zombie land. No cops, no outreach, just human suffering. While the drug dens are less visible during the day, the problem is just being moved around. So it all comes back at night. Everyone who lives and works downtown knows this. The current plan is a band-aid solution because the root causes are not being addressed. There’s gotta be interventions and better treatment options before we hand out any more free drug supplies. Chinatown Small Business Owner Impacted by Open Air Drug Use

Sad State of Affairs Sad state of affairs in Seattle’s Little Saigon. Puzzi Salon owner Zazl Wu is trying to open his business next month at the corner of 12th Ave & Jackson St. But he’s constantly fending off drug addicts who disrespect the neighborhood. Wu says he’s planning to sue the city.

Seattle’s Chinatown International District Abandoned to Drug Use and Crime

For the past few weeks, I’ve been watching parts of Seattle’s Chinatown-ID disintegrate before my eyes. Drug dealers, addicts, and criminals now own Hoa Mai Park on King St. That’s why this week’s stabbing rampage should not be a surprise to anyone. City leaders like socialist CM Tammy Morales have allowed this culture of lawlessness to flourish. Morales has totally abandoned her district.

Assaulted While Filming at “Safe Consumption Site” in Vancouver, B.C.

The Mayhem of Open-Air Drug Use Chasing the truth can be risky. A drug addict assaulted me while I was recording outside a so-called safe consumption site in Vancouver, B.C. Thankfully the cops swooped in and neutralized the threat. We Heart Seattle’s Andrea Suarez and I made it out unscathed. Afterwards, an officer admitted these facilities continue to attract crime, chaos, and death to this community. Other cities in North America have been put on notice.
