On Monday, witnesses say two people got into an argument at Plymouth and one woman brandished a knife. No one was injured. This Happens Daily I just confronted a homeless fentanyl addict ransacking the Target store inside the Bellevue Marketplace at Factoria. I watched him fill his cart with stolen items and walk out.
