Stragglers Early Wednesday morning, crews will finally be clearing the RV encampment along Green River Rd. in unincorporated King Co. Process was delayed after @KC_RHA asked for more time to do outreach. This evening, only a few people remain. But they aren’t planning to leave. Happening Now Crews clearing thousands of pounds of trash on Green River Rd. in unincorporated King County. Most homeless campers/RV’s are gone. It’s tee time at Jackson Park golf course, part of Seattle’s vast network of public spaces. But go beyond the greens and onto nearby trails leading into the deep woods. Exclusive Video This morning, @WSDOT says this homeless encampment in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood was the first one cleared under @GovInslee Rights-of-Way Initiative, a state wide effort to finally clear encampments along the highway.
